By purchasing a ticket and allowing my child to participate in the Kids Night event at The Little Dipper Pool, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and other accidental injuries. I voluntarily allow my child to participate in the event and assume all ordinary risks associated with such participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge The Little Dipper Pool, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my child's participation in the event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I certify that my child is physically able to participate in the activities offered during the event and that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect their participation.
I authorize event staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached, and I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participating child and have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
By completing the ticket purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Waiver & Release.
